Are you anxious? Feeling down? Dont know who to talk to, or if your feelings are 'normal'? Come meet with other moms that are having the same feelings and talk with a postpartum expert. Get some insight and support!

its about putting together mind, body & spirit.
After many years of teaching Jennifer came up with this intergrated approach to teaching yoga and its loved by all. Women share their stories and experience while moving and stretching, ending with a relaxing progressive meditation.

YES!! Anyone can do it! Come enjoy a relaxing evening getting a Reiki I attunement, and learning the art of energy work. Go home and work on pets, family and friends. Being an energy worker takes practice,
so use it for everything.
We will be giving you a Reiki Attunment, to open your channels and then, the skies the limit. You will learn how *you* sense energy, how to block the negative and how to use Universal Energy to help to heal & protect yourself and those around you. Reiki, EFT (otherwise knows as "Tapping"), and the like are forms of energy work that is for everyone, dont listen to people that say your energy needs to be 'turned on' we are NOT switches! Energy work is just about recognizing what you are feeling in the world around you and being able to direct it.
